Returns and Exchanges

The following information constitutes our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
1 - General conditions
As per our Terms and Conditions, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Some of our products are crafted and/or painted and/or modified by hand and therefore no two items will be exactly the same.
SiGiLworx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you discover a fault or problem with our product, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery by completing a Returns form to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We will advise how to return any such product(s) after you contact us.
2 - Special orders
Special orders and commissions are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3 - Exchanges
Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged either for another item from the inventory or for store credit. We do not give refunds.
4 - Returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry or clothing, in unworn condition.
The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid by tracked post. Credit issued will not include shipping. Returns lost in return shipping will not be credited.
We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged as a result of insufficient protection and/or packaging from the returner.
5 - Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns and Exchanges policy affects your rights in respect of any alleged failure of a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
